by Tool makes me sad when I think about what a great start this band had only to fizzle out with the last two albums of subpar tunes. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img] Lateralus is a pile of dogshit that would be best used for a coaster (I slung mine out a moving car window) and 10,000 Days is slightly a step above it. APC, falls into the same category.

I like all the Tool albums, but the one I listen to the most by far is the Opiate EP.
Opiate's ok. It's just kind of raw with it being some of their first stuff.

I think thats what I like about it. Cold and Ugly and Opiate are two of my favotire Tool songs.

5-Lateralus (gudge and parabola saved that one)
APC's the same way....First album rocked...second album had some damn good songs but more filler than the first...and the third one IMO just had passive...as all the rest was redone hippy songs for the most part..i put their 1st release in my top three between APC and tool...I'd prolly rank the second one behind opiate...and the other one last of them all...IMO every tool cd after Aenima weren't as good as their predecesors but each have songs that save the CD...
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
Right in two, Jambi, and Vicarious were three that I liked from 10,000 Days
